If you’re subscribing to the oral exam, please be advised that although we have done our best to be up-to-date and to follow best practices and guidelines, there are instances throughout the program where best practices have not yet been determined, practices are controversial, or the practice pattern demonstrated is the one that is preferred by the Editor in Chief. We cannot be held liable for outcomes obtained based on these or any other practices demonstrated on the FPMRSPro.com. Also be aware that you may not obtain the same outcomes demonstrated in the videos or discussed in the explanations due to differences in surgical skill, patient population, patient comorbidities, technology utilized, and due to chance.
  13. If you’ve subscribed to obtain a Certificate in FPMRS, all fees go toward administrative expenses and are NON-REFUNDABLE. Please be advised that Erudyte Inc will determine which test you will be taking (ie. you will be assigned an exam); based on exam statistics, we will also determine what score will be considered PASS or FAIL.
  14. We will not be providing you with the questions, answers, or explanations to the exam material used for certification examinations.
  15. A PASS on the FPMRS Certification examination does not mean that you are board certified in the field of FPMRS or that you’ve completed a fellowship training in FPRMS. A PASS does not mean that you are competent in the field of FPMRS. A PASS on the FPMRS Certification exam means that you have the required medical knowledge in the field of FPMRS. We cannot be held liable for bad outcomes of your patient-care.
  16. By agreeing to the terms enumerated by these articles and making payment for use of this website, you (the customer) are entering a leasing agreement with Erudyte Inc. (the owner); the lease is entered on the date of purchase and shall terminate in 1 year.
